Step 1: Find Your Access Code

Open your Memory Porch printed book and locate the "Digital Downloads" section. Your unique access code is printed there.

Example code format: PAPERPLANEXXXX

Step 2: Visit the Download Page

Go to the specific the website listed in your book.

Example: TheMemoryPorch.com/paper-airplane

Step 3: Add Files to Cart

1. Click the “Download Digital Files” button to route to the download requested.

2. Once confirmed, click “Add to Cart”.

3. Click the “Shopping Cart” icon on the bottom right of screen to continue.

Step 4: Enter Your Email and Discount Code

1. Click “Checkout” button

2. At checkout, enter your email address (required to receive download link)

3. Optional: Check the box “Keep me informed about new activity kits and store collections” to receive updates about new Memory Porch resources

4. Apply “Discount Code” on the right of the screen in Order Summary section (NOTE: The code is case sensitive)

5. Your total will be $0.00 after the code is applied.

Step 5: Complete Checkout

1. Click "Continue" button on left side of screen

2. Enter “Name and Billing address” (You won't be charged anything!)

3. Review your order and click “Purchase”

Step 6: Check Your Email

Within minutes, you'll receive a confirmation email from The Memory Porch with your download link.

Don't see it? Check your spam/junk folder.

Step 7: Download Your Files

Click the download link in your email. Your files will download as a ZIP folder.

To open:

Windows: Right-click the ZIP folder → select "Extract All"

Mac: Double-click the ZIP folder

Save the extracted folder to your desktop or documents.

"I didn't receive my download link"

→ Check your spam/junk folder. Still missing? Contact us with your order information and we'll resend it.

"The ZIP file won't open"

→ Right-click (Windows) and select "Extract All" or double-click (Mac). Save the extracted folder to your desktop.

"The PDF won't print correctly"

→ Make sure you're printing at 100% scale (not "fit to page"). Select "Actual Size" in your print settings.

"The audio file won't play"

→ Try a different media player (Windows Media Player, VLC, iTunes, etc.). Make sure your speakers are connected and volume is up.

"I entered my code but it didn't work"

→ Double-check that you entered the code exactly as shown in your book (all caps, no spaces). Try copying and pasting instead of typing.
